Who is responsible

What we collect

When you order: your name, email, billing country and address, and the birth date, time and place you enter, plus how sure you are of the time. Stripe processes your payment; we never receive your card number. When you write to us: your message.

Why we use it

Only to make and send your Guide, to answer you, and to keep the records the law requires for sales and tax. You give your consent to the use of your birth data at checkout. We use no advertising trackers on this site.

Who else sees it

Stripe (payment and order details), our email provider (to deliver your Guide), and our hosting provider. They process data only on our behalf. Some of them are in the USA; they use standard contractual safeguards. We never sell your data and never publish your Guide or your birth data.

How long we keep it

Your birth data and Guide: until you ask us to delete them, and at most 3 years after your last order, so we can correct or renew your Guide. Sales records: as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and you can withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing hello@merasi.me. We answer within 30 days. If you live in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date above.
